So apparently Leonard Nimoy played Sherlock Holmes in a theatre production in the 1970s. Sadly there doesn’t seem to be any video footage on the internet (none that I could find anyways) but I found this article:

He certainly has the looks of S. Paget-Holmes and I’m sure he was great in this role. Quite frankly I’m dying to see at least a part of it.
